- Is it really free to start?
- Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for a single automation and account. During early access, all plans are unlocked while we finish billing — no credit card required.
- What does “bring your own AI key” mean?
- You connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google Gemini API key. Generation runs on your provider account, so you pay AI usage at cost and keep full control. Keys are encrypted at rest.
- Can I see what my AI usage costs?
- Yes. Every generation is metered as it runs, and the usage dashboard estimates your spend by model, automation, and individual post. Set a monthly budget and preflight checks will warn — or block — before a call pushes you over. You can reconcile the estimate against your provider's invoice and export any month to CSV.
- Which platforms are supported?
- LinkedIn (personal profiles) is live today. Instagram, X, Facebook, and Threads plug into the same approval-and-scheduling engine and roll out to paid plans as each integration ships.
- Do you post without my approval?
- Never. Every AI draft lands in a review queue. Nothing publishes until a human approves it — you can edit, approve, reject, or schedule it.
- Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus monthly.
